A little more detail
How the service works.
What happens, step by step?
- 01
Talk about your home
We start with a conversation about your residents, your team and how visits could fit around life in the home.
- 02
Service Introduction
North Star introduces the service to residents and families and answers questions, ensuring your team isn’t left explaining it alone.
- 03
Assessments and tailored care plans
Every resident who chooses to take part has a free oral health assessment which identifies individual needs, with treatment plans where clinically appropriate.
- 04
Next steps
For those who wish to progress, a subscription agreement is confirmed, consent is obtained and the first treatment is booked. Regular reviews follow, with referral support when further dental care is needed.
Subscription prices will range between £35-£45 per month depending on the recommended treatment plan.
